Frequently Asked Questions.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTO SHOOT?

If you're ready to book your shoot, fill out this form. Be prepared to chat a bit about dates, locations, and your ideas. A non-refundable retainer may be required at the time of booking, and all fees will be discussed. Once those steps are complete, you're booked!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?  SNOWS?  WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

If the weather interferes with shoot plans, all parties involved will decide together if the shoot should be postponed. Decisions are made 24 hours or more in advance so everyone can plan their schedules accordingly.

Life can throw curveballs sometimes. If you need to reschedule for a reason other than bad weather, every effort will be made to find a new day and time that works in the weeks following.

WE HAVE A HUGE GROUP. DO YOU SHOOT GROUPS LARGER THAN 10? IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS?

Yes, and yes. Because every group is different, a telephone consultation will be required to create an accurate quote for large groups.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET? AND CAN I PRINT THEM ON MY OWN?

All digital images that are included in your session are professionally edited by Lyndsay, and are given to you via a digital download link, typically within two weeks of your shoot. For a standard 1-hour shoot, you can expect 40-50 final images. Large groups and business branding sessions will include more. Quantities will differ depending on how many people are at your shoot and the length of your shoot.

Unless otherwise negotiated, you have permission to share and print your images as you wish. Copyright is retained by the photographer. Sometimes your images are used on social media and/or other marketing and promotional materials, but if you'd rather your photos not be used for this purpose, just mention it at the time of the shoot - it's totally fine!
